Hi, I’m Angela!

I’m a big believer in “a rising tide lifts all boats,” which is why I love building authentic partnerships that create win-win situations for everyone involved. I also enjoy exploring new storytelling formats and finding innovative ways to present information more clearly to the audiences who would benefit most from it.

At Business Insider, I’m currently helping readers make informed financial decisions as the Marketing Compliance and Optimizations Manager of the personal finance team. Prior to that, I worked on the marketing team at the Polsky Center, connecting founders to the resources they needed to get their ideas off the ground. I was an early member of both teams and have become very familiar with navigating ambiguity and am always up for a new challenge!

Outside of work, I love documenting people’s big and small moments through photography and tackling food insecurity with Meals for Unity.

I grew up in Los Angeles, graduated from the University of Chicago in 2020 with a bachelors degree in neuroscience, and am now living in New York City.
